What makes a great story are the people who are in it. That’s why I like to center the voices of those closest to the work. I provide interviews, audio and transcripts, publications, and StoryMaps. If you know you have a great story but need some support in writing it, that’s where I come in!
Background Research
I am an experienced researcher. This is the first step of any project that I approach.
Expert Interviews
Talking with project leads and partners adds depth to the story, filling in gaps in the research.
Audio and Transcripts
Interviews are recorded to pull quotes to add to the stories. Audio editing and production is also available.
Writing and Editing
From the background research and expert interviews, I write drafts of the story and it goes through several rounds of editing. I can provide you with the text to use how you see fit.
Publications
I can use the text to create curated documents, publications, presentations, and more, that include graphics, photos and maps. You receive the document in the format you prefer.
StoryMaps
StoryMaps are created using the ArcGIS StoryMaps platform to create interactive and media rich stories. You can embed the StoryMap on your website , and the first year of hosting is included.
